Note : Made in U.S.A. The sleeve is a tan wrap around loose piece of paper with the details printed on it. Has "Free Poster" box on rear which should make this a first pressing. There was no poster with this. At present the only info I have on the first pressing is that it was on blue vinyl. I have seen a copy saying on the rear that the blue is a "Collector's Edition Colored Vinyl". Other than that all other details are exact to what I have pictured above. I would say that the black with the creamish label is a first pressing also but have to have this confirmed. The matrix numbers are hand etched.
